What data we process and why
The data you send us via the contact form (name, company, email, telephone and message) is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form and, should you enter into a contract, the performance of that contract or of pre-contractual measures.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, thereafter, for the periods required by law.
Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law. The form is handled through Formspree and protected by Google reCAPTCHA; Google reCAPTCHA is only loaded if you enable it on the form, and Microsoft Clarity (website usage analytics) only if you accept analytics cookies. These providers act as data processors and may process data outside the EU subject to the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@acipro.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). If you live in another EU country, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
